HOW TO USE

Before applying the mascara, use it as you would a mascara.
When you start using it, make sure the brush is thoroughly entangled with the base.
Apply by lifting the eyelashes from the root of the eyelashes toward the tips.
For lower lashes, use a brush and attach it with the tip.
After the base has dried, layer your existing mascara.
It is the fibers that look black.
When removing it, it is recommend using a makeup remover for your eyes.
