We accept: Credit card payments (MasterCard, and VISA) via our secure payment gateway, Paypal, POLi Internet Banking, Afterpay.

ALL PRICES ARE IN NEW ZEALAND DOLLARS (NZ$) unless otherwise stated.

The charge to you card will appear on your statement as The Cosmetic Store.

Your order delivery should be completed within 2 - 3 days of receipt of order within NZ once full payment has been made.
Rural deliveries may take a little longer.

Please ensure you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel (Signature Required).

North Island (including rural) FREE SHIPPING on all order over of $80 (NZD).

Can I get a refund for returned package?

We do not provide a refund for following returned packages:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses
  • Packages unclaimed by addressees
  • Unsuccessful delivery due to absence of addressees

Can I make purchases in currencies other than NZ dollars?

We are sorry to inform you that we only accept NZ dollars as a payment currency.

We are unable to ship to countries that are not included in the shipping options.

How do I track an order?

We use Courier Post couriers to deliver all our parcels. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact Courier Post directly as they can help you best once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.

How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?

Once you've checked out, you'll receive a confirmation email, detailing all the products, quantities and an estimated order value.

Are the prices online the same as the prices in store?

While we endeavour for our online prices to match in-store prices, they may not always be the same.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay either by credit or debit card , Visa or Mastercard. ( AMEX cards can not be accepted )

What happens if my card is declined?

If your credit or debit card is declined by your financial institution, we will contact you to make alternative payment arrangements. We can only release your order to send once it has been paid.

When do specials start and finish online?

Most specials run for one week, starting on Monday and finishing on Sunday – however at times there will be specials that run for shorter or longer periods of time. Check out the product screen to find out when specials are valid.

Do I receive a tax invoice?

Yes, you do; it will be emailed to you after we assemble your order. You will receive a packing list with your order.

How can I cancel my order?

Due to the fast paced nature of our warehouse operations we are unable to cancel orders once confirmation has been received. Should you wish to return any items from your purchase you may do so following the instructions included in your order parcel.

Can I order Tax Free?

No, this is not possible. Tax Free is only available for products purchased in a local store and taken out by the customer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once the parcel leaves our Auckland warehouse we unfortunately have no control over how quickly it get delivered - generally parcels take 1-2 business days to be delivered but it does depend on your location and the efficiency of the courier company. During the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery times can sometimes be longer than usual, so please allow for this.
