Directions for an Invigorating Body Polish Ritual:

1. Wet: Warm up under the shower and wet both your body and the Wildheke soap bar.

2. Exfoliate & Lather: Rub the bar directly over your skin in circular motions—focusing on dry or rough areas like thighs, elbows, and feet—to release the exfoliating coffee grounds and rich lather. (For sensitive skin areas, lather the soap in your hands or a washcloth first).

3. Breathe & Rinse: Inhale the energizing scent of fresh coffee and rosemary to awaken your mind, then rinse off thoroughly with warm water.
