This alcohol-free toner is non-comedogenic, and it is recommended for those with sensitive skin with occasional breakouts. CentellAC-Rx Complex helps soothe and heal irritated skin. All ingredients are approved as EWG Green Grade. COSRX AC Collection Calming Liquid Mild is fragrance-, oil-, silicone-, and gluten-free.


HOW TO USE:

1. Soak the cotton pads and gently sweep over face avoiding the eye area.
2. Gently pat and absorb the rest of the liquid on to the skin.
