Mandom Bifesta Miceller Water is a Japanese eye makeup remover that easily and thoroughly removes makeup including waterproof mascara.

Gentle makeup remover uses a unique formula that makes removal of oil-based eye makeup easier. With both a water and oil base, waterproof mascara and eyeliner are removed faster but without rubbing or irritating the thinner skin around the eyes. Formula contains Vitamins B and E derivatives and hyaluronic acid, and without fragrances, colorants and preservatives.

It also features a moisturizing ingredient, usually used in skin lotion, that has high affinity with oily ingredients of makeup.

Thanks to its moisturizing and cleansing ingredients, which quickly "float" and envelop oil-based makeup, you can easily remove eye makeup without rubbing, keeping the eye area fresh and moisturized.

Contains Vitamin B derivative (panthenol), Vitamin E derivative (tocopheryl acetate) and hyaluronic acid to moisturize skin.

HOW TO USE

Shake well before using.

Checking that the water-based and emollient layers are well mixed, apply generously onto a cotton disk.

Place moistened cotton on an eyelid or lips for about 10 seconds.

Wipe gently, without rubbing. The product blends well with eye makeup; there is no need for rubbing hard.
