Silcot Velvet Touch Cotton are a facial cotton puffs made with 100% natural cotton for removing and wiping off makeup, polish nails or patting on lotion.

These cotton puffs are encapsulated in a silky veil for not leaving fibres on your skin or losing its shape. They are also extremely soft and gentle to apply.
