HOW TO USE
1. Soak the white part of the string in the herbal water
2. When the string becomes thicker, place the entire piece in the water
3. Pass the string through your piercing, but only in one direction.
Do not use each piece of string more than two times.
Do not move the thread back and forth in your piercing.
Do not apply pressure if the string feels too thick for your piercing.
