Lightweight yet powerful, this sweat-, sebum- and water-resistant mascara primer is designed to create darker and denser lashes with prolonged curl. Thin spoolie allows precise application and prevents clumping. Additional ingredients such as amino acid and hyaluronic acid provide a hydrating and nourishing boost.

HOW TO USE

After curling the eyelashes with a buhler, apply a comb to the root of the eyelashes and comb the eyelashes as they are toward the tip of the eyelashes.
