In the morning and evening, at the toner stage, put an appropriate amount on your palm and gently pat until absorbed 

Use as a Moisturising Lotion How-to
Wet cotton pads with pola b.a lotion to use as a moisturising lotion. Leave the lotion on for about 2 mins and remove. 

Pat the remaining b.a lotion until absorbed to feel the instant soothing and moisturising effect on the skin.
