Kissme Curl Keep Mascara Base

Apply this mascara base before mascara to powerful retain curls and enhance length & volume. To remove, simply wet with hot water and then use your regular face wash. In a blue-gray color that doesn't leave behind whiteness, blends well with any kind of mascara and updates the look of your regular mascara.
