ELROEL DEWY PRIMER
An essence primer that combines the functions of a moisturizing cream, primer, and base in one.
With 90.68% of skin conditioning ingredients, it provides a moist feel like essence, smoothly blending into the skin for a smooth skin texture.

HOW TO USE
Apply an appropriate amount on whole face prior to make up application.
