What it is

This product is designed to improve easily irritated and sensitive skin. 76.49% of green tea water and 2% of panthenol, which creates synergy, are blended together. Panthenol forms a moisture film on the skin surface to protect it from external stimuli.

Panthenol (Vitamin B5) 2%
Panthenol turns into vitamin B5 when absorbed into the skin. When used with moisturizing ingredients such as glycerin and butylene glycol, it strengthens moisture delivery to the skin and acts as a skin barrier to protect skin from external stimuli.
