A moisture boosting toner that removes old dead skin cells for a smooth complexion.

It helps balance moisture in skin with minerals derived from the deep sea water around Ulleungdo. Gently removes old dead skin cells with HATCHING EX-07 derived from clean nature. Protects irritated skin caused by the external environment with panthenol, allantoin, and betaine.

HOW TO USE
