HOW TO USE

Brush your teeth thoroughly with your regular toothpaste first and spit out.

Apply a small amount of the banana gel directly to your toothbrush (roughly a grain of rice size for infants under 3, or a pea-sized amount for older kids).

Brush or spread the gel across all surfaces of the teeth for about 2 minutes.

Spit out the excess and rinse only once with a very small amount of water to allow the fluoride coating to remain on the teeth.
