SHIPPING AND POSTAGE
Your order delivery should be completed within 2 - 3 days of receipt of order within NZ once full payment has been made. Rural deliveries may take a little longer. Please ensure you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel (Signature Required).

North Island (including rural) FREE SHIPPING on all order over of $80 (NZD)
South Island (including rural) FREE SHIPPING on all order over of $80 (NZD)
Australia-wide FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $200 (NZD)
SHIPPING FEES
Our shipping fees are fixed nationally, except in the case of rural orders. The fees are as follows:
Auckland: $5.00
North Island $5.00
North Island Rural $8.00
South Island $8.00
South Island Rural $8.00

We send our packages via Courier with Signature requires. Parcels can be delivered to home and work addresses, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays. please note we do not ship to P.O Box.
As soon as your item is packed, we will email you with the Track and Trace number and a link so you can follow your package’s journey. We pride ourselves on fulfilling all orders as quickly as possible, but we are reliant on the courier company to make prompt delivery to you.
Once the parcel leaves our store we unfortunately have no control over how quickly it get delivered - generally parcels take 2-3 business days to be delivered but it does depend on your location and the efficiency of the courier company. Rural deliveries may take a little longer.
NZ SIGNATURE REQUIRED
We not charge extra for Signature Required parcels and this is our preferred option to ensure your parcel reaches you safely.
Non-Signature parcels are sent at the buyers risk, so please make sure that your Courier has a safe place to leave your parcel if you will not be home to receive it. Neither The Cosmetic Store nor New Zealand Courier are liable for parcels that have been stolen.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, an online e-commerce platform. All of your data is stored on Shopify's secure server and is safely protected.
Please note that we hold no responsibility for your package's safety after it has been picked up by the Courier. We will try our best but please try to ensure there is someone at home to receive the package or that there is a safe space to place your package if no one is present.
